Regular house cleaning A regular (or maintenance) clean keeps an already-tidy home on top of. It is the most common recurring booking and the best value per visit.Deep cleaning A deep clean tackles the build-up a regular clean skips — skirtings, tiles and grout, inside appliances and the spots that get missed week to week.End of lease cleaning An end-of-lease (bond) clean is held to a property manager's inspection standard. It is the most detailed clean and is priced on the property, not by the hour.Apartment cleaning Apartment and unit cleans are usually quicker than houses of the same bedroom count — but building access, lifts and parking can add time.Spring cleaning A spring clean is a thorough seasonal refresh — more detailed than a regular clean, covering the areas that get skipped during the year.
